In this role, I lead brand strategy, marketing design, and visual storytelling, ensuring that our messaging and visuals align with our mission while resonating with our audiences.

Interactive Tools for Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

The JEDI Journey Cards are an interactive learning tool designed to spark conversation and reflection on Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) topics. I was instrumental in shaping the visual design, branding, and user experience of the cards, making them accessible, engaging, and aligned with Integrated Work’s mission.

Key Contributions:

Designed the full set of JEDI Journey Cards, ensuring a visually engaging and user-friendly experience.
Developed packaging and instructional materials to create a cohesive and intuitive product.
Created marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media posts, and web content to support distribution.
Contributed to content layout and typography, enhancing readability and accessibility.

📌 Impact: The JEDI Journey Cards have been widely used by organizations and facilitators to foster deep discussions and meaningful learning experiences on equity and inclusion.


KOAN Conversations

Thought Leadership Event Branding & Promotion

KOAN Conversations is Integrated Work’s signature webinar series featuring transformative leadership discussions with changemakers from diverse fields. I played a key role in developing the event branding, promotional materials, and audience engagement strategies, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across platforms.

Key Contributions:

Designed the KOAN Conversations visual identity, creating a flexible yet cohesive look for all events.
Developed branded event templates for LinkedIn, newsletters, and promotional outreach.
Produced presentation decks, social media graphics, and digital assets to enhance visibility.
Established a streamlined marketing workflow, allowing for quicker event promotion and brand consistency.

I played a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity, course interface, and marketing materials to create an engaging and user-friendly learning experience.

Written by Integrated Work’s CEO, Jennifer Lyn Simpson, The KOAN Method is a guide to adaptive leadership, offering tools for navigating complexity with kindness, openness, and resilience. I led the visual branding and design strategy for the book’s marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Integrated Work’s broader identity.

Designed branded promotional assets for book launches, social media, and digital advertising.
Created engaging event visuals for book talks, webinars, and speaking engagements.
Developed a complementary visual identity that seamlessly integrates with KOAN Conversations and Integrated Work’s branding.
